I’m picky about the little details I notice, and the stitching was the first thing I checked. It looks neat and clean, which I really appreciated. Once the blinds were up, they hung nicely too. I didn’t pay much attention to anything beyond that since those were the main things I cared about, but overall I’m happy with them.

I’d been searching everywhere for this fabric and it was sold out on a few other sites, so finding it in stock at Jane Clayton was such a relief. Isn’t it always the thing you need quickly that’s impossible to find? Ordering was really straightforward, no hassle at all, and it arrived in good time. Really happy with the whole experience.

The products themselves are actually nice, so no complaints there. But dealing with customer service was annoying. I waited ages for a reply and had to follow up twice just to get a basic update. It also felt like there was no real human contact, just waiting around and wondering if anyone was actually looking into it. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.
